And that is why we offer Custom Tables. You tell us what you want in a table and we will design it just for you.
And now we would like to show you some important things about our manufacturing process.

We design your custom furniture with computer software. This allows us to precisely check the form and function of your piece before we build it. |

We cut your components with a CNC router. This starts off our production process with a precision that enhances the quality of your furniture. We now have perfectly profiled parts to assemble. |

After we have cut the parts, we sand each one to prepare the wood surface for our fine finish. We always hand sand the fine detail areas to protect the integrity of the profiles. |

Next, our craftsman hand fits the parts together. After your furniture components are completely assembled he inspects the entire work. When he is satisfied that it meets our quality standards, he personally autographs your piece of furniture. |

We use only premium grade finishes. All our stained furniture is hand-wiped for a consistent tone. After staining, we hand spray your furniture with a high quality conversion varnish. |
